I’m a certified psychologist and workplace wellness consultant with over six years of practice and holistic health counselor at InPulse.
I help people achieve their emotional well-being goals and improve their mental health conditions utilizing cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal, and humanistic therapy.
I offer support in coping with challenging life situations, going through personal, professional, and relationship difficulties, and correcting behavioral patterns. The fundamental cornerstone of my practice is empathy enabling me to feel people’s emotions and, thus, understand their problems and worries deeper.
